What hours are you open?

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

I can’t see any prices on your website, does that mean you’re expensive?

No not at all, we don’t show our prices as we believe in the personal touch so we’d rather you contact us so we can help and advise you – ensuring that you order exactly what you need.

As an independent printing company, we’re able to smash High Street prices and give online printers a run for their money.

Can you manage my businesses printing for me?

Yes of course, we offer a print management service as we know it can be tricky keeping on top of your print needs, what with juggling different products and sourcing suppliers.

We’ll come in for a chat, evaluate your print usage and show you how we can save you time and money.

What printers do you use?

We use the Heidelberg Litho XL 106 and Fujifilm Jet Press 720S – this gives high-definition and optimal colour printing every time.

I’ve recently set up a new business do you have a stationery pack I can buy?

Whilst we don’t have a new business pack we can supply you with all your new business stationery needs from business cards to presentation folders. Not sure what you need? We can help just give us a call 01480 350582.

Can I have rounded corners on my Business Cards?

Of course, you can have any finish you like. We can also give your cards high-end finishes like spot UV, foil blocking and embossing.

What paper do you print business cards on?

We supply business cards in a range of paper – silk, pretty pearlescent, retro-style Kraft, Triplex (extra thick with coloured layers) and textured. Your cards can be printed in matt, gloss and soft-touch as well as stand-out, high-end finishes like spot UV, foil blocking and embossing.

Can my brochure be stapled?

I need to print some flyers, what sizes do you print?

Our leaflets are available in various weights, paper types and finishes and multiple folding options are available.

I’d like some presentation folders what print finish can I have?

Our presentation folders come in many shapes and sizes. We can print a variety of special finishes including round corners, lamination, spot UV varnish and folded.

I’m exhibiting and I want to give visitors something fun to remember me by what do you suggest?

We’ve got lots of options from frisbees, stress balls and house-shaped money boxes. Looking for something food based to sweeten them up? We have a host of options like jelly beans and chocolate coins.

Do you sell the gadgets that charge peoples phones?

Yes, these handy little gadgets are called Powerbanks and they are available in various colours, shapes and capacities. We can also brand them for you to.

I want some practical promotional items to give to my existing customers, what can you recommend?

I’ve got an event coming up, do you do signage?

Yes, we have a wide array of outdoor signage options. We print banners, flags, signage and stickers for everything from private parties to conferences, exhibitions and sporting events. Using industry-standard materials and fade-resistant UV-based inks, we provide high-quality, full-colour print for both indoor and outdoor promotion.

Do you sell roller banners?

Yes, we do and ours are printed on a special material that keeps the image flat and blocks out any ‘show through’ light. We also do PVC banners in a range of sizes plus durable, weatherproof mesh banners for scaffolding, fencing and building sites.

Do you print stickers?

Yes we do we print vinyl, paper and polyester stickers in any shape, with sizes from 5mm x 5mm right up to 1,300mm x 800mm, and in clear or metallic. We also have an easy-to-remove and reposition option with our static-cling window stickers.

Do you sell branded sports goods?

We do, we print all sorts of branded sports goods such as gym towels, wristbands and water bottles.

We need some new menus printed for our restaurant but we need them to last what options do you have?

If you want extra-durable menus we can add gloss or matt lamination to the final print. Your menus can be sent to you flat or in folded format for standing on tables.

I’m opening a café what branded items do you have?

We have lots of options such as:

Menus which we can supply in a variety of sizes and weights with bespoke folding options and finishes.

Loyalty Cards – which we can supply in a variety of sizes and printed onto uncoated card so you can stamp them easily and without transference.

Tableware – From cups and saucers to dinner plates, various print options available. Microwave and dishwasher safe products available.

Table Talkers – Our table talkers are available in three different sizes with a creased fold. Printed single-sided on 350gsm Silk. Various finishes available.

Do you sell branded workwear?

Yes we do we provide branded clothes for a range of industries. Shirts, skirts and trousers to suit the boardroom. Sportswear that actively promotes leisure clubs, spas and sports centres. Durable safety wear for hard-working trades. And a whole lot of leisure wear for everything from team-building days to charity events.

Postage & Packaging

How much does P&P cost?

Delivery is free on most of our stationary products. Promotional, clothing and larger items are priced individually and weight dependant. Please enquire at time of order.

Next Day Delivery?

Many of our products come with an express turnaround option and this is product dependant. Please enquire

Can I check the progress of my order?

Yes. Please contact us should you require a status update.


Can you create my artwork for me?

Yes of course, we do offer an artwork service or if you are prefer we are very happy to work with your own designers.

Do I need to leave a bleed on my artwork?

Yes please, we need at least a 3mm bleed and crop marks on all artwork files we work with. In addition we also ask that customers leave a 3mm ‘safe zone’ from the edge of the page to any text or image that does not bleed (this may differ depending on the product being ordered).

Do my images need to be high res?

Yes, high res images will give you the best finish. We ask that all images are at least 300dpi at actual size, that you use CMYK colour format, embed all images in to the design file and finally convert text to curves or embed all fonts. If you need help we also offer an affordable artwork service.

How do I embed fonts?

You can embed/outline your fonts in Illustrator or InDesign by opening your document and highlighting the text, then select ‘Type’ in the top menu and choose ‘Create Outlines’. Your text is now grouped together in outline form.

Working in Word? No problem to embed fonts simply open your document and select ‘Options’ from the drop down menu. Once you have ‘Options’ open switch over to the ‘Save’ tab. Select ‘Embed Fonts in the File’ and click ok and you are all done.

Which types of files can I upload?

Please supply your artwork as a ‘Print ready PDF’ – download our Artwork set-up example for reference. If you require assistance in this or any of the above please do not hesitate to contact us.

What is a ‘bleed’?

Bleed is the ‘edge’ of a piece of artwork that goes beyond the trim edges of the printed piece.

If you have ant images that go to the edge of your finished artwork it important to have a bleed to ensure that when it’s trimmed after print there is no risk of a white ‘edge’ appearing on the finished piece.
